Esther 2:1-11

A CHANGE WAVE is coming
Thus says the Lord, “Many Vasti shall be replaced, be they male or female, and I am moving my people into positions for my end-time work.” Quote “If it pleases the king, let there go a royal commandment from him, and let it be written among the laws of the Persians and the Medes, that it be not altered, That Vashti comes no more before king Ahasuerus; and let the king give her royal estate unto another that is better than she.” Esther‬ 1:19‬ KJV‬‬.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

“I will move the old and replace it with the new. I will take down the old guards and replace them with the new guards, and I am the Lord.”

WHO ARE TRAILBLAZERS Mark 3:1-5;

1. INNOVATORS. They are revolutionary and creative in their thinking
2. They are proof producers
3. They are Change agent
4. They venture into things others have not attempted before
5. They make a new path
6. They are pioneers

THE QUALITIES OF TRAILBLAZERS

1. SENSITIVITY to God’s leading. Ro.8:14;
   They Hear From God. What is Mordecai doing, giving her daughter in marriage to a gentile king? What did he know that other Jews did not know? “Those who are close to my heart like King David, a man after my heart, shall get what I need in this hour. Mordecai tapped into that.” Says the Lord. I Sam 13:14;

   “And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.” John‬ 8:29‬ KJV.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ “Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.” .James‬ 1:19‬ KJV

2. BREAK Tradition. Trailblazers will be born that will break traditions.
   “So it came to pass when the king’s commandment and his decree was heard, and when many maidens were gathered together unto Shushan the palace, to the custody of Hegai, that Esther was brought also unto the king’s house, to the custody of Hegai, keeper of the women.” Esther‬ 2:8‬ KJV.‬‬
   “I shall do something unknown.” A Jewess in the palace of a heathen king and become the Queen of a gentile Nation? It is unheard of; it is forbidden and against the law.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

   “Things unknown, unheard off, I will do, and it will surprise people.” Says the Lord Is.43:19;

   “Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.” Deuteronomy‬ 7:3‬ KJV‬‬.

3. RISK TAKERS. Mordecai asked Esther to do something unusual. God will do this year, will be things outside of the ordinary, things out of the norm, outside the box, and outside tradition. God used Mordecai to break the ranks;
4. MENTOR AND PROTEGE RELATIONSHIP. Mordecai served as a mentor to Esther in her ladder of success. “Esther had not yet shewed her kindred nor her people; as Mordecai had charged her: for Esther did the commandment of Mordecai, like as when she was brought up with him. Esther‬ 2:20‬ KJV‬‬.
5. VISIONEER. They have insight, hindsight, and foresight.
   “and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” Esther‬ 4:14‬ KJV‬‬.

6. TRAIL OF FAILURES
   “Who had been carried away from Jerusalem with the captivity which had been carried away with Jeconiah king of Judah, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away.”
   Esther‬ 2:6‬ KJV. Trailblazers have many tails of woes, failures, and disappointments.

7. SPIRITUAL DEPTH
   “Go, gather together all the Jews that are present in Shushan, and fast ye for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day: I also and my maidens will fast likewise; and so will I go in unto the king, which is not according to the law: and if I perish, I perish.”
   Esther‬ 4:16‬ KJV. They deeply connect with their spirituality and know how to tap into it.

8. THEY OPERATE IN SUPERNATURAL FAVOR
   “Now it came to pass on the third day, that Esther put on her royal apparel, and stood in the inner court of the king’s house, over against the king’s house: and the king sat upon his royal throne in the royal house, over against the gate of the house. And it was so, when the king saw Esther the queen standing in the court, that she obtained favor in his sight: and the king held out to Esther the golden scepter that was in his hand. So Esther drew near and touched the top of the scepter.” Esther‬ 5:1-2‬ kJ

9. THEY ARE WARRIORS, are fighters.
   “For we are sold, I and my people, to be destroyed, to be slain, and to perish. But if we had been sold for bondmen and bondwomen, I had held my tongue, although the enemy could not countervail the king’s damage. Then the king Ahasuerus answered and said unto Esther, the queen, Who is he, and where is he, that durst presumes in his heart to do so? And Esther said The adversary and enemy is this wicked Haman. Then Haman was afraid before the king and the queen.” Esther‬ 7:4-6‬ KJV

PRAYER POINTS

1. Father in the name of Jesus, thank you for birthing trailblazers like Jesus to chart a new course and path this year; help us to see the path to victory, and the release of our cities, nation, business, families, and destinies from wicked schemes of the enemies;
2. Father in the name of Jesus, we welcome your call, leading and push to attempt things we have never known, to go places that others will never dare and face situations and task which are humanly impossible;
3. Father in the name of Jesus, thank you for raising some of us as mentors to raise disciples for Christ; help us to see the potential in others and make them stand and become the Esther’s and David of our times and generation;
4. Father in the name of Jesus, we lose the warrior anointing that is locked inside of us, and we declare we shall take the risk with your leading and wisdom to step out in faith and obey your Calling for our lives and ministry
